Cantina Sava

Cantina Sava is one of the standout projects from the Farnese Group, with wines crafted at two facilities in the Taranto province on the western side of Salento.

At the helm is winemaker Filippo Baccalaro, a Piemonte native who has spent close to two decades working in Puglia.

Drawn to the region’s intensely ripe, characterful fruit, he takes a restrained approach in the winery, using minimal intervention to let those natural flavours come through with clarity and balance.
